A Holiday Pause
Sacred Space for Gentle Self Care
Give yourself permission to pause and slow down this holiday season. Join us for 3 weeks of gentle evening practices designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself amid the seasonal rush.
Make Sacred Space
Each session weaves together:
- Reflective journaling prompts
- Gentle nighttime yoga and qigong
- Calming mudras & meditation
- Healing sounds & chants to soothe your spirit
We’ll create sacred time at the end of the day where you can rest and reconnect with what matters most. This is your invitation to step away from the to-do lists, the obligations, and overwhelm and create a nurturing space just for you.
Power in Community
Cultivating courage, healing, friendship, light and growth through community
There is profound power in pausing together. When we gather in intentional community, we create a container of support where individual and collective healing happens. You’ll share space with women who wish to slow down, take long deep breaths, and honor the light within. This circle becomes a refuge, reminding us we don’t have to carry anything alone. In community, we find permission, courage, and the gentle strength to prioritize our well-being.
No experience necessary, just a willingness to be present, rest and restore.
You deserve to enter the new year feeling grounded, not depleted.
