What will we do?
Live in the elements of nature and the company of other beautiful souls
for a glorious retreat!
Qigong, yoga, read, rest, cold water dipping if you dare, meditation,
silent time, and time in community!
Eat delicious ayurvedic inspired meals, sip a hot cup of tea,
cook meals together, enjoy laughter,
lounge around, take a nap,
watch the sunset,
enjoy the warm fire at night with relaxing yoga nidra
