Honoring the Ancestors
The practice and ritual of honoring your ancestors is a practice of lovingkindness that can free you of traumas that are carried through family lines. Free yourself of karmic illness & disease and exchange for ancestral guidance.

Week Two - November 7
Clearing Space
Clear your environment, mind, energy and stuff. This will help you open to clarity, connection to divine guidance and creativity.

Week Three- November 14
Slowing Down & Nourishing
Transition through the season with healing movement (calming yoga, qi-gong, and deep rest with yoga nidra) and nourishing seasonal foods.

Week Four - November 21
Compassionate Self & Grateful Living

Learn how to love and accept yourself and create health with gratitude practices.
