This workshop will introduce the ethical concerns around self- care, and the universality of vicarious traumatization, compassion fatigue and burnout. Participants will be introduced to and experience embodied and mindful practices that substantially reduce negative effects, increase well- being and resiliency, and improve stress reaction and symptoms of depression and anxiety.
